Biography :
Sebastian Ventrone is a graduate from UMaine’s Electrical Engineering program in 1982. After graduation, he joined IBM Microelectronics in Burlington, VT. He started there as a microprocessor designer, then becoming the lead designer of IBM DSP cores and the IBM X86 family. Mr. Ventrone Is a GLOBALFOUNDRY Director and Distinguish Technical Staff Member with focus on the Foundry and A&D IP portfolio Sebastian has authored over a dozen technical papers and is also a GLOBALFOUNDRY master inventor with 206 granted patents and the author of the novel entitled “To Design Again”
